Elasticity is the measure of the responsiveness of a change in quantity with respect to a dollar change in price...
SO:
Elasticity = % Chg in Qty / % Chg in Price
Which can be interpreted as a 1% Change in price, how many % change in qty

<1 : Inelastic
>1: Elastic
=1 : Normal
